New Build or Renovation
Est. Square metres to be insulated and the depth/thickness of insulation required.
Please state whether you require loft, attic or underfloor insulation.
Please specify either external or internal walls.
We aim to offer a complete service and therefore are happy to quote for any additional work, such as; removal of old insulation, joinery, decoration and preparatory work.
Both Warmcel and Thermafleece are charged per square metre depending on the depth and method of installation.
Prices quoted below include labour cost per square metre.
All prices are excluding VAT.
LOFTS
Current building regulations require an installed depth of 250mm.
Our list price for installed 'Warmcel 300' is £13.00 per square metre.
Our list price for Thermafleece installed is £33.00 per square metre.
TIMBER FRAME
Our list prices for a standard 145mm stud are:
'Warmcel 500' (Turbo filled) is £13.50 per square metre.
'Thermafleece' is £23.00 per square metre.
Prices available for other depths of stud work.
UNDER FLOOR
Prices similar to lofts depending on depth of joists.
